Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, and time spent — to improve our service.

Transaction Data: Records of waste deliveries, orders, payments, and processing batches are stored to provide operational functionality.

Within the platform: Admins and managers can view user profiles within their company. Drivers see delivery addresses. Suppliers see pickup locations.

Legal obligations: When required by law or to protect our rights and users.
